Production and dispatch times
Production and dispatch time depends on the selected product, material, quantity, print queue and finishing requirements. Estimated timing is confirmed with the order. Custom and bulk orders follow the timeline confirmed in your quote.
Shipping across India
We ship pan-India through reputable courier partners. Tracking details are emailed once your parcel is handed over.
Free delivery threshold
Eligible shipped orders of ₹1,200 or more qualify for free delivery within India.
Shipping charges below ₹1,200
For shipped orders below ₹1,200, shipping charges are confirmed based on destination and order requirements (weight, dimensions and pincode) when we confirm your order. Any applicable charge is communicated before payment is requested.
Bengaluru pickup
Pickup from Bengaluru can be arranged at no cost and is separate from shipped delivery. Choose pickup when you place your order and we'll confirm a collection slot. Free-delivery thresholds do not apply to pickup orders.
Delays
Courier delays, weather and public holidays can affect delivery. If your order is running late, write to us and we'll trace it for you.
Made-to-order items
Catalogue, made-to-order and customised items are printed after your order is confirmed, so dispatch begins once production is complete.
