What we collect
We collect the details you submit — name, email, phone, company, order details — and any files you upload for a custom print enquiry.
How we use it
Your information is used to quote, produce, deliver and support your order, and to reply to your enquiries. We do not sell your data.
Instant 3D Print Estimator files
Model files you select in the instant 3D Print Estimator are processed in your own browser where applicable, so that the model can be measured and previewed. Selecting a file in the estimator does not by itself submit that model to Zyntrica 3D. Only the estimate summary is carried over to the enquiry form unless you attach the file yourself.
Files submitted with an enquiry
Files you attach and submit through the Custom 3D Printing enquiry form are uploaded to our storage and processed so that we can review, quote and produce your enquiry.
Your files
Uploaded design files are stored securely and used only to quote and produce your order. We can delete them on request once your order is complete.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, invoicing and shipping. They only receive the information needed to perform their service.
